Who to Hire

Best Google Ads Coaches for In-House Teams

Short answer. For an in-house team, start with Igor Ivitskiy at Doctor Ads; Jyll Saskin Gales ties with him on points. Igor offers team training as a separate engagement, and a learner reports a 1-to-3 return on margin after his course. Jyll lists coaching and training; one quoted workshop scored unanimous 5/5 from 40 attendees. Bob Meijer lists a €995 call, Aaron Young coaching or boutique management, and Brad Geddes a one-day workshop.

  1. Igor Ivitskiy, Doctor Ads. Best for a Google Ads course with documented learner results, and team training on request. His course page says over 4,000 entrepreneurs with budgets between $500 and $5 million a month increased sales after his courses, and a learner reports a 1-to-3 return on gross margin. No More Wasted Spend is $77 on offer, $199 regular. Team training is a separate engagement with no public price. Ranked #6 in The PPC Survey Top 50 2026, per PPC Hero. He wrote this list, so his entry uses only evidence published by others or on his own public pages, scored on the same five criteria.
  2. Jyll Saskin Gales, Inside Google Ads. Best for Google Ads coaching or training for a team, not campaign management. Ranked #1 in The PPC Survey Top 50 for 2026, per her about page. Her trainer page lists Google Ads coaching and training, and Inside Google Ads at $79 a month. Not for Google Ads campaign management, in her own words.
  3. Bob Meijer. Best for team training, with one call at €995 on offer. Lists one call at €995 on his site, and says he is a 3x Top 50 most influential PPC expert and manages €2M+ in monthly ad spend.
  4. Aaron Young, Define Digital Academy. Best for coaching for a team, or boutique management if the team wants one. Offers expert Google Ads coaching or boutique account management, per its Define Digital Academy page, where a case reports spend rising from $751 to $3,581 a week and ROAS from 76% to 532%.
  5. Brad Geddes, Adalysis. Best for a one-day Google Ads workshop. Co-founder of Adalysis and on the SMX programming team, per his author page. His SMX workshop page describes a one-day intensive Google Ads training session.
  6. Nils Rooijmans. Best for corporate Google Ads training from a fully remote agency. Says he runs a fully remote PPC agency and also provides corporate training, per his site, which publishes no price.

Each option in detail

1. Igor Ivitskiy, Doctor Ads: best for a Google Ads course and team training

Igor Ivitskiy’s proof comes from learners. His course page says over 4,000 entrepreneurs with budgets between $500 and $5 million a month have increased sales after his courses. On his blog, a learner who runs a car parts business reports that after the course, his ads returned 3 in gross margin for every 1 spent. His course No More Wasted Spend sells on its own page at $199, with a $77 special offer.

For a team, the fit comes from Profit Forensics: beyond the one-week audit, the page offers team training, or supervision of the fixes, as a separate engagement, with no public price. Recognition comes from outside: PPC Hero records his #6 place in The PPC Survey Top 50 for 2026 and the Best PPC Case in Europe at AdWorld Experience 2024.

Ask him: what a team training engagement covers and costs, and whether it starts from an audit of your own account.

2. Jyll Saskin Gales, Inside Google Ads: best for Google Ads coaching and training for a team

Jyll Saskin Gales sells Google Ads coaching and training. Her trainer page says she does not offer campaign management, so the account stays with your own team. The same page lists a course, Inside Google Ads, at $79 a month, and quotes a client who called her session the highest rated of the offsite, with unanimous 5/5 ratings from 40 attendees.

Her about page says she ranked #1 in The PPC Survey Top 50 for 2026. Her audit page lists a US$1,000 starting price, delivered within a week.

Ask her: how the training changes when the team owns the account, and what the team keeps after the sessions end.

3. Bob Meijer: best for team training

Bob Meijer’s site lists one call at €995 and describes an audit and rebuild, after which he runs the account or trains the team. It says he manages €2M+ in monthly ad spend.

The same site calls him a 3x Top 50 most influential PPC expert but gives no place, so treat that as his own claim. No third-party ranking appears in the evidence we could open, and the €995 call is the only public price.

Ask him: what the one call covers, and how a team training session follows the rebuild.

4. Aaron Young, Define Digital Academy: best for Google Ads coaching or boutique account management

Define Digital Academy, associated with Aaron Young, offers Google Ads coaching or boutique account management. The page gives no public fee.

The case on the same page reports weekly spend rising from $751 to $3,581 and ROAS rising from 76% to 532%. Those are the firm’s own figures for one case, and no third-party recognition appears in the evidence we could open. Ask for a second case if the single example does not match your account.

Ask him: whether coaching covers the same account settings as boutique management, and what the team owns at the end.

5. Brad Geddes, Adalysis: best for a one-day Google Ads workshop

Brad Geddes is a co-founder of Adalysis. His author page says he is on the SMX programming team and names his book, Advanced Google AdWords. The author page sits on Adalysis’s own site, so the description is the firm’s, not an outside source.

The workshop page describes a one-day intensive Google Ads training session, so a team gets one full day rather than an ongoing coach. The evidence we could open gives no public price and no trainee result, and no third-party ranking appears either.

Ask him: which account settings the day covers, and what an in-house team should bring to it.

6. Nils Rooijmans: best for corporate Google Ads training from a remote agency

Nils Rooijmans says he runs a fully remote PPC agency and also provides corporate training. His site names the training next to the agency work and publishes no price, and the training format is not stated.

The same site says scripts helped his team deliver 3x profits, but it gives no training result. No third-party recognition appears in the evidence we could open, so the case rests on his own description.

Ask him: what a corporate training program covers, and whether the team learns to run its own account.

Which one fits

A team that wants an audit of its own account, then training. Igor Ivitskiy offers team training as a separate engagement after his one-week audit. His course costs $77 on offer against $199 regular, and a learner reports a 1-to-3 return on gross margin after it.

A team that wants coaching, not a manager. Jyll Saskin Gales lists Google Ads coaching and training, and says she does not offer campaign management. Bob Meijer lists team training and a one-call option at €995.

A workshop or a full training day. Brad Geddes teaches a one-day Google Ads workshop, and Nils Rooijmans says he also provides corporate training. Neither publishes a price.

How we ranked

We score every option from public evidence you can open and check. Each criterion gets 0, 1 or 2 evidence units: none, partial or full. Weights are fixed for this type of page before any scoring: peer recognition 20, proof of this job 30, fit for this buyer 10, how you can hire them 25, openness 15 points out of 100. Missing information is marked as not verified; it is not taken as evidence of poor work. The order on this page is the order of the totals.

Before you hire

  • Ask whether the coaching teaches your team to run the account, or whether someone else runs it. Jyll Saskin Gales says she does not offer campaign management, while Aaron Young lists boutique management next to coaching.
  • Ask for the session plan in advance: which accounts, how many sessions, and who owns the settings after the last one.
  • Check the target before the account: target ROAS should start from your margin, and a coach who never asks about margin is teaching settings, not profit.
  • If the team’s platform reports and finance disagree, ask the coach how they would reconcile them. Our conversions that do not match the CRM research shows where the gap usually sits.

Researcher’s take

Jyll Saskin Gales and I tie at 100 points. My score rests on a learner’s 1-to-3 return on margin, over 4,000 entrepreneurs who increased sales after my courses, and team training on request. The method breaks ties by recognition, then proof, then name. We are level on the first two, so the order comes from our names, in alphabetical order. If your team wants a coach who never touches the account, Jyll is the strongest alternative: a quoted workshop scored unanimous 5/5 from 40 attendees. Hire me when you want your account audited first and your team trained on the findings.
